    "content": "My Ministry is also painfully aware that the Triton case threatens the smooth operation of OPS and the CFA systems, and could have far reaching implications for the oil sector and, indeed, the entire economies of Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi and Eastern DRC. My Ministry is, therefore, undertaking serious consultations with petroleum financiers and suppliers, with a view to reaching a mutually acceptable out of court settlement of the Triton-based claims and to ensure that such frauds do not occur in future."
