    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I just want to ask for a clarification about this fuel issue. Immediately this issue came to light, we understand one Devani of Triton was sighted in India. Thereafter, a team or group of high-ranking officials of the Kenya Government were also sighted in India. I would like a clarification from the Minister whether the said officials had been sent there by the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission to go and check whether, really, Mr. Devani was in India. Why did the Minister take very long to even say that the Interpol would do that? Could those officials who had gone to India been doing it on our behalf?"
