    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is true that we receive daily stock sheet from the KPC. The Permanent Secretary receives them and even today, he received some. However, in this particular case, the Operations Department generated false information which it shared both with the bank and the Ministry. It was, therefore, not possible for the officers in the Ministry to detect that there was loss of stock to Triton Oil Company. This was a fraud and because it also involved forging of documents, it was not possible for us to detect it in time. In fact, even the external auditor was not able to detect it during that period."
