    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, regarding the joint contract to supply KenGen, it was a joint contract between Triton, Total and KenGen. They were supplying fuel for our emergency power plant. However, from my understanding of it, Triton only imported the products and supplied them to Total. Total then supplied KenGen. Therefore, KenGen made their payments to supplier, who was Total. KenGen did not pay any money directly to Triton. It paid to Total."
