Let me at the outset say that nobody in their right senses would object to Kenyans getting food at this time when there is extreme hunger in the country. To the extent that the Government intends to seek a guarantee from this House of the equivalent of US$100 million in order to bring food to the country, the principle is acceptable and nobody is opposed to it.
