    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity. I would like to support the Motion on the Report by the Departmental Committee on Education, Research and Technology. In supporting it, I would like to indicate that one of the core concerns that we are facing, as a country, is over-working our children. A report had been done earlier and it is not clear why we keep on commissioning reports upon reports when the issues confronting our children are very clear. We should allow our children to be children, and not to be adults."
