    "content": "The Committee did a good job, but as we discuss the crisis in our institutions in the country, the possibility is that now it is reflected in the teachers' strike. Teachers in this country do a fundamental job and in this Parliament, we have allowed the Government to borrow US$100 million. A similar crisis that we have in the food sector is in the education sector. I suggest that, as soon as possible, the Ministry of Education and Kenya National Union of Teachers officials should sit down and settle that matter, so that our children can go back to school. The more they stay out, the more the indiscipline in our schools is likely to increase, because, as Ms. Odhiambo has said, we are over-working our children."
