Consulting the Ministry of State for Public Service is not enough to pass information to Kenyans. Could the Ministry think of deploying some of those qualified personnel even from secondary schools to fill these positions for now, as a stop-gap measure? Secondly, could he also tell us how his Ministry will want to do that practically, over time?"
