    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, this morning, when you called out Question No.503, the Minister was not here. You called for the Leader of Government Business and his Deputy, but they were both not in. When you called upon anybody from the Government side to respond, nobody responded. This is another Question which has come up. I have not even been provided with a written answer, leave alone failure by the Minister to turn up to attempt to answer it. It is clear that we are dealing with a Government which is still \"asleep\". Clearly, they are not taking the business of this House seriously. I do not know why the Government has asked us to come back to transact business when Ministers are not ready to answer Questions. So, the Chair needs to ask the Government to take the business of this House seriously. I also want to know when this Question will be answered."
