    "content": "(b) As part of its mandate, the Ministry would also like to recruit qualified instructors to be posted to all public youth polytechnics. This is in accordance with the Ministry's strategic plan, which proposes that 1,000 instructors be recruited every year for five years, beginning Financial Year 2008/2009. Once the recruitment process is finalised, Katito and Achego Youth Polytechnics will be considered along other youth polytechnics in the country."
