    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the intention of the Government is to give title deeds to each and every piece of land in this country. However, because of the shortage of staff and personnel, this is going to take time. Also, the area that the hon. Member is talking about is Trust Land. Under the Trust Land Act, it requires that certain actions be done by the county council as the trustee of the land. I would like to assure the hon. Member that before the Lamu Port is constructed and any land is acquired by the Government for the port, the residents will be adequately consulted and compensated."
