    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would also like to join the hon. Member in thanking the World Bank for giving us US $42 million to complete some of the projects dealing with sewerage. Mumias Municipal Council is one of the councils that are going to benefit. At the moment, a supervisor is required under the World Bank funded project. That matter is in process. I can assure the hon. Member that we are really planning that, come July 1st this year, the work will start. The supervisor has almost been identified and the bids have been called for. So, it is a question of just prequalifying and a supervisor will be appointed. But I would like to assure you that before 1st July this year, the work will start."
