    "content": "When the machine breaks down in Kapenguria, it takes long even for the information to be forwarded to the relevant people either in Nairobi or wherever it is. Could the Assistant Minister assure the House that this will not occur again? When it does, what measures will the Ministry take to ensure that people find alternative services so that they do not suffer? It is the only machine which is being used by three districts and some of the people come from very difficult situations. It is so frustrating when they do not get the services."
