    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to rise on a point of order. The tradition of this House is that it is only the Chair who decides who should participate in any debate or during Question Time. The House has installed some microphones which have taken the powers of the Chair. For one person to talk on this side, the other one has to put it off. So, a rogue Member of Parliament might decide not to put this gadget off and therefore, deny the other side the chance to speak. At the same time, if the gadget is not put off and the other one is still on, it interferes with the other hon. Member. I wish to ask---"
