Therefore, when they lose 40 or 50 head of cattle or goats, their livelihood is basically taken a way. You are making them completely helpless in terms of being able to earn basic existence, pay school fees for their children and take care of other basic needs. Therefore, it is really a very serious matter, especially when you consider that is all the farmers have."
