    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I started by saying that I do not see what the committee can do if the Government cannot do it. We are dealing with an issue of common thieves! We need to address that matter. If we cannot, the Members who are affected should find ways of sitting down, addressing this matter and coming up with lasting solutions so that our neighbours can live in peace and we do not have these incidences being repeated. It is the livestock farmers who suffer in the absence of any real action."
