    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is a big problem that we are having in the country. If there is any way we can know the root causes of this problem, I would be glad to have the committee constituted. However, I want to give some statistics that were collected from February to August last year. Before I give the statistics, I am a worried man because if you look at the names of my colleagues who want to investigate this matter, you will see that quite a number of them come from cattle-rustling areas. Therefore, it will not be rightful for this committee to give a permanent solution to this problem. I believe those people whose names are included here will be called as witness and will also be asked to advise the committee on what to do. In that light, I think we should reduce the number of members of this committee. We should replace some of the names here with Members who do not hail from areas prevalent with cattle-rustling."
