"content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is the first time I have heard that he has some names. If you look at the statistics which I was reading out, for example, in Baringo, 44 heads of cattle were stolen in June, 2008 alone. I compared notes with him and I told him just that. We are yet to recover the cattle. I would like to request the hon. Member, who is also a Member of the Government, that in the event he has some names of those people who are behind cattle rustling, he should give them to the police officers. If he fears facing the police, then let him give the names to me so that I can take action."
