    "content": "have a meeting where we will discuss the resolutions which were agreed on and how to implement them. If you look at the proposed names of the people in the Select Committee now--- I understand that we will have some names dropped. Those who come from the cattle rustling areas form the majority of the members of this Committee. Now that the Mover of the Motion is here, I suggest that we look again at the composition of the proposed Select Committee and remove some of the names that are there. This is because we are going to rely on some of these people once the Committee is constituted. We are going to rely on them in terms of charting the way forward. Some of them will be witnesses because they are members of the affected communities. In fact, they will tell us what to do and what not to do. We are all in agreement about the root cause of this problem."
