Even if there were cattle rustling raids, nobody would be killed or injured. Today, when there is a raid, there is mayhem, killings, injuries and even rape. In the traditional sense, there could never be rape, killing, or injuring because that was not the purpose. Today, all those things are happening. That is why we must condemn cattle rustling in the strongest possible terms. We must eradicate cattle rustling."
