    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me a chance to make my contribution on this very important Motion. I support it. Cattle rustling has become a major security threat to communities living in Arid and Semi-Arid Lands (ASALs). In the process of cattle rustling, people are killed, maimed and wounded. Innocent children and women are killed. Earlier in January last year, seven people were killed in my constituency. Their livestock was stolen and it has become a major security threat in my constituency especially in those areas where there is cattle rustling."
