    "content": "So, this is a very serious issue and that is why I want to support that this Select Committee of this House be established so that they get to the root cause of this problem. We have said here that we really know the cause of cattle rustling. It is true we know but unless we actualise it as a Government and take real action, this problem will continue to affect those communities."
