    "content": "Finally, there must be compensation for those people who have lost their livestock and even their lives. This is because when wildlife kill people, these victims are compensated. Yesterday the Minister for Forestry and Wildlife told us that they pay about Kshs50,000 as compensation for somebody killed by wildlife. It is high time we also considered to compensate these people who are either killed, maimed or wounded in the process of cattle rustling because it is a very serious affair."
