    "content": " Order! I wish to alert hon. Members to the fact that this Motion is supposed to be concluded in one hour. It started at 10.30 a.m. and it is supposed to end at 11.30 a.m. I shall be calling upon the Mover to respond. I have a Motion requesting that we amend this Motion. I will probably propose to the Mover that he donates part of his time to whoever wishes to move that Motion. We have to bear in mind the fact that we have only ten minutes and that must be done. So, can the Mover then go ahead and then donate five minutes of his time to whoever wants to amend this Motion?"
