    "content": "When I looked around, I found that it is only councillors for whom there are no clear rules on how they should be remunerated. This has caused them to lack the moral to effectively execute their duties. There is the Public Service Commission (PSC), which deals with the salaries for staff serving in the Central Government. There is the Judicial Service Commission which deals with remuneration and many other things to do with the Judiciary. The Parliamentary Service Commission sets out the remuneration for Members of Parliament. The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) works on the remuneration of teachers."
