    "content": "Consequently, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, our economy has had a turn around, expanding by 5.6 per cent in 2010, up from 2.6 per cent in 2009. The measures I proposed in my Budget Statement this year are aimed at building resilience and, at the same time, supporting a broad-based economic growth, so as to continue creating jobs for our youth, feeding our people, reducing poverty as well as inequality."
