    "content": "THAT, aware that the Commission of Inquiry into the Post-Election Violence in its report recommended that a comprehensive reform of the Kenya Police should be undertaken, which includes the creation of a Police Service Commission for the Kenya Police, this House grants leave to introduce a Bill to amend the Constitution to establish the Kenya Police Service Commission to provide for the establishment, organisation, Regulation and control of the Kenya Police Service and to provide for matters connected therewith."
