    "content": "(a) Kamasai is a patrol base built on a private land donated by one Philip Kipsang Maiyo in January, 1992. It was put up at the height of tribal clashes to check incursions by either of the neighbouring communities. The patrol base is not gazetted. There is no land earmarked for the same."
