    "content": "(a) I am not aware that there have been rampant incidents of cattle-rustling, loss of life and theft of properties in Migori Constituency in the recent past. However, in the last six months, a total of Kshs128 head of cattle have been reported stolen. Out of which, 58 head of cattle were recovered. Police are still pursuing the remaining 76 head of cattle in the liaison with officers from the neighbouring districts of Kuria and Trans Mara. The only lives lost during the same period are those of two suspected raiders who were subjected to mob justice and killed by the residents."
