    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is true that many lives have been lost. However, I have said in this House that the issue of cattle-rustling will not be there any more. I also said, in this House, that the cattle-rustling activity had gone a notch higher. It is a cartel. I want to assure hon. Members that within a week or so, you will see some action being taken. There are those who are behind cattle-rustling. We will arrest them. I would want to have the support of my colleagues, so that once these fellows are arrested, no one will come up saying that his or her community is being finished. We are not arresting a community. We are arresting the thieves."
