    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker Sir. I want to thank the Assistant Minister for the response he has given. However, I would like him to reconsider, especially the last line of his answer of part \"b\" that some sub-district hospitals will be upgraded, subject to availability of funds. Already, from his earlier part of the answer, there is need for the two health centres to be upgraded because they are doing much more than they were meant to do. These two institutions are really overstretched."
