That legislation will ensure that contractors are registered and that their works checked. Initially, the understanding of the word \"blacklisting\", had been misunderstood and, as a result of that, concerns from the industry and other players have resulted in a legislation that will be brought to this House later in the year, to ensure that contractors who do not conform are taken care of."
