    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is, indeed, true that when we give contracts to do roads, road markings and signs are part of the contract. But you are aware that there are certain roads that have been there for 20 years and the markings take about two, three or four years to be done afresh. So, I think the Ministry will ensure that road signs are put where they are supposed to be. All the new contracts will actually include the necessary road markings."
