    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Act has been enforced since 1999. It is an Act of Parliament and I believe that it is utilised the way it was enacted. If it is the feeling of the hon. Member that, that law is not adequate, it is for him to come to my Ministry and we discuss a few issues. In my answer, I have said it very clearly that we are revising it, because 1999 to 2009 is a long time. We know that climate change is a problem in the world today."
