We are concerned that the rule of law be followed to the letter. The reason why we have the Attorney-General who sits in the Cabinet and who has a security of tenure is to advise the Cabinet so that when they bring Sessional Papers to the House, they would have sought legal advice from the Attorney-General's office and they are clear. Could the Minister assure you that before bringing this Sessional Paper, he had cleared it with the Attorney-General?"
