    "content": "My concern was to get an assurance that the Minister sought advice of the Attorney-General on this issue because he is a constitutional office holder. We pay him so that he can advise the Ministers when they come to seek guarantees in the House in accordance with the law that Sessional Papers do comply with the law. As the Chair makes this ruling, perhaps, the Minister for Finance could indicate to you that the Attorney-General had cleared this Sessional Paper."
