We have gone step by step, but there these other guys who are coming in, and saying: “Let us start the futures market and then leave us alone to regulate it”. This, to me, sounds very suspicious. I think there is someone, or some group that wants to do something and they are coming in and probably they have managed to convince the Minister that probably we need to operate like this, or in a certain way; then after that we give them the power and then the Minister will not be able to take it back. I was of the opinion that power must remain with the authority, so that these people may not get away with murder in case they start messing up things in that future commodities market."
