    "content": "We all know that we are now receiving many big ships; tankers are also coming to Mombasa Port with up to 60,000 tonnes of crude or refined products. Should anything happen to the ships, and they pollute our ports, the cost of cleaning the mess could run into millions of dollars, yet we can only recover Kshs10,000. I would like that to be included in this Bill, so that we get covered properly."
