    "content": "There is also the question of registration of ships. This should not only be looked at as a matter of convenience. If we can register ships and they fly our flag, we will benefit a lot. If our policies are correct, most of the crew in those ships will be Kenyans. Therefore, we will be able to employ many young people, and continue towards the realisation of the Vision 2030. We will also be able to create job opportunities for young people, who are qualified, but cannot get jobs because we do not have the facilities to offer them jobs."
