"content": "When the Cocker Report came here, those Ministers were here and the salaries of Members of Parliament were passed. We are not discussing the welfare of MPs. If a Minister wants to bring a Motion to discuss the welfare of MPs, let them bring it. But, today, we are discussing the welfare of teachers. We are saying that if payments were made on Goldenberg and Anglo Leasing related corruption crimes where we did not even know the person who was being paid, the money was there. When you were paying for the sale of Grand Regency, the money was there to pay. When you were paying the Artur brothers, there was money to pay."
