    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the other thing that was very disappointing is that on the day when the teachers staged their strike, they were teargassed. The teachers in Vihiga were beaten. They were calling me every time and telling me that they had been booked in Vihiga Police Station. I tried to talk to the OCPD but the teachers were already in court. They stayed in court until in the evening around 6.00 p.m. for people to come and bail them out. I had to send money for some of them to be bonded. This is very pathetic because we have not changed the Constitution."
