    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, yes, the perpetrators of Goldenberg are in the Government today. The perpetrators of Anglo-Leasing are in the Government. The perpetrators of the sale of the Grand Regency Hotel are in Government. The perpetrators of the theft of oil from the Kenya Pipeline Company are in the Government. The perpetrators of theft of money from the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) are in the Government. The perpetrators of the stealing of maize from the National Cereal and Produce Board (NCBP) are in Parliament and in the Cabinet! I am waiting for that time when the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) is going to table its Report in this House. You are going to shake because we are not going to spare anybody! We do not want any Kenyan to die as a result of hunger and corruption."
