    "content": "It is our responsibility to follow up that money and return it back to the Government; we should lay on the Table all the names involved and those people made to pay for it. For those who have run off to India and elsewhere, it is not very difficult to bring them back so as to pay back that money. They should also tell us who it is they are working with, because I am sure they did not just get that money. I also appreciate that, even with all that theft and the high prices of food due to what happened due to our irresponsibility after the last elections, we have to spend a lot of money to feed the people."
