    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, thank you very much for giving me this chance. I was a teacher and I am still a teacher. I support the Motion that teachers should be given their pay increment. We all know that teachers play a very important role in modelling our children. Apart from that, they play a very important role in the community. Teachers, like civic leaders, play a very important role. For example, at this time when children are joining Form I, teachers and civic leaders are the ones who are conducting Harambees to assist children to join secondary schools."
