    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, once again I believe that the passage, especially of these two Bills will result into the deepening of our capital markets, allow for greater capital inflow into our markets and allow us to achieve in a much shorter period of time, our own Vision 2030 and our own development agenda as a country.
