    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. After being kidnapped, Mr. Ngolo was taken to an unknown place in Conakry, Guinea. He was availed with a mobile phone to contact his family and inform them of the kidnappers' demand for US$500,000 as ransom. His abductors threatened to kill him if the money was not paid within the first three days of his kidnap. These threats have been sustained for over three months now.
