    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Minister for Foreign Affairs subsequently wrote a letter on the 27th November, 2008, to his Guinean counterpart seeking expedited action by the Guinean security authorities on the matter. Follow up on this correspondence is being made by our High Commission to Abuja but following the recent changes of Government in Guinea, our High Commissioner is now under instructions to take up the matter with the new Minister for Foreign Affairs of the new Government of Guinea."
