    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, in view of the fact that the Ndung'u Land Commission was initially set up to curb impunity and the culture of corruption, and in view of the fact that this Commission has taken about four years since this Report was laid on the Table of the House and now that the Minister is making a very good effort--- We can see that the Minister has recovered some title deeds. Could he lay on the Table the names of these people whose title deeds have been revoked and others so that we can know as a country that those who committed this crime will one day be unmasked and be known for who and what they are?"
