    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, in the absence of an amicable agreement after they rejected this, following the meeting on 6th January, KNUT wrote to me rejecting the offer by the Government. I was to learn later that despite my invitation to the meeting of 6th January, 2009, KNUT had on 30th December issued a strike notice. In the absence of any amicable agreement, I was forced to refer the trade dispute to the Minister for Labour as I am required to do under the law."
