This is in regard to transactions that define the proprietary interest in any vessel that comes to Kenya. This is an area that has always been so dicey as far as the practitioners of maritime law in the Coast have seen. To have a clear provision in this law on how we shall be handling those transactions in future, is something that we need to support sincerely."
